[Ningbo] DLC Technical Requirements V3.1 Interpretation Seminar
On December 10, 2015, Standard-Tech Ningbo Lab held the DLC Technical Requirements V3.1 Interpretation Seminar in Ningbo Testing and Certification Park.
In response to the DLC Technical Requirements V3.1 issued and effective in late November 2015 which had affected Chinese LED lighting manufacturers’ export and sales to the U.S. market by varying degrees, this seminar was intended to help lighting manufacturers comprehensively understand the new changes and requirements in a timely manner, and better seize the opportunity and cope with the challenges of the U.S. market.
Convened in Standard-Tech Ningbo Lab, the seminar was lectured by senior engineers from Guangzhou Headquarters. At the seminar, Standard-Tech technical experts gave detailed interpretations to new requirements and unfolded case studies on DLC Technical Requirements V3.1 and explained Energy Star Lamps V2.0.
The electrifying seminar was well rated by the attendees for frequent interactions. Speaking highly of the professionalism of Standard-Tech, they acknowledged that they had known DLC Technical Requirements V3.1 better. It would better guide their development and production of U.S.-exported products, and help better product control to prevent unnecessary losses. They also expressed their hope of more similar seminars from Standard-Tech as learning and exchange opportunities.
After the seminar, the attending clients visited the newly built Ningbo Energy Efficiency Lab. Completed and put into use in August 2015, the Lab has been equipped with 6M total space rapid light-distribution photometer, 2M diameter integrating sphere system and a series of energy efficiency testing devices for Energy Star and ERP testing services.
