Jointly Held with UL [Dongguan LED Testing Seminar]
December 8, 2011 witnessed the successful conclusion of Dongguan LED Testing Seminar jointly held by Standard-Tech and UL at the Dongguan Lungchuen Hotel International Hotel.
This seminar featured introductions to the latest requirements on LED Retrofit UL1598C and LED product UL/Energy Star certification notes. Attended by over 200 customers, the seminar was a lively, grand event. Keynote speakers were Mr. Ricky Fong, senior engineer of UL, Ms. Theresa Wu, business manager of UL energy efficiency testing service, and Mr. Michael Xiao, general manager of Standard-Tech. We also had the honor to invite Mr. Todd. A. Straka, business director of UL Lighting Global, to introduce the latest trends of UL services.
At the seminar, customers were active in exploring the issues in testing and certification with the engineers. Pointing out that they had learned a lot form this seminar, they expressed the hope of more similar seminars in the future for common progress.
